One Button Signups Terms Of Marketing

Introduction

The following Terms and Conditions control your software submission in the One Button Signup Software package.
You agree that you have read and understand this Agreement ("Agreement") and that your membership in the One Button Signups
Software and shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions between you (the "Customer") and the USE of
the One Button Signup Software.

These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by . Please review them from time to time since your ongoing
use is subject to the terms and conditions as modified. Your continued USE and SUBSCRIPTION after such modification
shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification.

Customer understands that One Button Signups can produce ZERO RESULTS.

Customer understands they can email customer support to check their URL's submitted if the software is not generating any
traffic to ensure software is working between customer and One Button Signups.

Depending on backlog of help desk, and support, customer understands some answers can take up to 72 hours or longer
in rare cases.

Customer understands using email addresses for coordination other than Yahoo or Gmail may result in delay's in getting product
software download password information, and/or , customer support responses.

Customer agrees to the following:

1. If subscription is active for One Button Software - one URL and targeting can be submitted via the software every 72 hours (3 Days).
2. If subscription is canceled for One Button Software - one URL and targeting can be submitted via the software once every month ,without penalty.
3. Refund will be allowed for the following reasons only
a. customer cannot load or get the software to work on his/her computer system and understands we keep IP Records that will not allow any advertising from the refunded customer
b. customer shows *Proof that they are no longer involved in the "advertised" website or "ecommerce" site proving One Button Software is no longer needed for advertisng.

SITES NOT ALLOWED:

1. Any site that is ADULT in nature, to include pornography and sexual.
2. Any Racist or Hate Site.
3. Any site that is anti - government or promotes anarchy.
4. Any site that promotes slander of any person, business or entity.
5. Any site that promotes conspiracy or tax evasion.
6. Any site that promotes drugs, prescriptions, and alcohal.

Customer understands these terms upon purchasing a subscription to One Button Signups Software.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not purchase the One Button Signups Software Package.
